'Co-Work &' is a community of ambitious people who want to learn, get work done, and build meaningful connections.

Through workshops and co-working sessions, we create opportunities for people to grow, collaborate, and make progress on what matters to them.

We believe traditional networking is broken. Exchanging LinkedIn profiles and forgetting each other the next day rarely leads to meaningful relationships. Instead, we believe genuine connections are built through shared learning, collaboration, and experiences.

That's what our community is all about.

We host both online and in-person events in Berlin. ✨

”

Hey, I’m Vidushi 👋 I’ve called Berlin home for the last 8 years, and one thing I’ve always loved is bringing people together whether through work sessions, conversations, workshops, or shared experiences. I believe meaningful connections happen naturally when people learn, create, and have fun together. 'Co-Work &' was born from exactly that idea.

## About Co-Work &

URL: https://coworkand.com/about

A small Berlin community for focused coworking days and hands-on workshops. Why we started, who we are, and what to expect.

![About Co-Work &](/_astro/image-placeholder.DyBpoAJD_1yh1uJ.webp)

## About Co-Work &

**Co-Work &** is a small Berlin-based community for people who want to do their best work alongside others — quietly, with intention.

We do two kinds of events:

- **Coworking days** — a small group, a good space, and a few hours of focused work. No agenda, no networking pitch. Just heads-down time and good company on the breaks.
- **Workshops** — hands-on sessions on tools and skills we think more people should know. Our first one is _Claude Code for Beginners_ on May 29.

### Why we started

We were tired of paying ticketing platforms a cut of every event, and we wanted something smaller and more deliberate than a meetup. So we started running our own days — invite a few friends, find a good room, and protect the time.

This site is how we list what’s coming up. If you’d like to be part of it, [reserve a spot at the next event](/events) or [apply to join the premium waitlist](/waitlist) and we’ll let you know when the next session is scheduled.

# Vidushi Malhan

Vidushi is the founder of **Co-Work &**. She started the community because she wanted somewhere small, quiet, and intentional in Berlin to get good work done — and to bring along the people who’d appreciate the same.

She hosts the coworking days and curates the workshop line-up. If you’d like to host a workshop with the community, or just join a session, get in touch.

Co-work & workshops

Built for people who actually want to do things.

Coworking, workshops, learning, and experiences. Online or in Berlin.

![Co-Work &](</images/Logo 1.png>)

Co-Work & brings together ambitious people in Berlin through curated coworking sessions and hands-on workshops built around focus, momentum, and real connection.

And you're probably wondering, what's the "&"?

It's everything beyond coworking: workshops, learning, sports, after-work drinks, conversations, new ideas, and the kind of experiences that make people want to come back.

[See upcoming events](#events) [Join the announcement list](#join)

What we do

We run two kinds of events in Berlin, both small and intentional. The aim is to give people the time, space, and company to do their best work — without the noise of a typical meetup.

- **Coworking days** — a handful of people, a good room, and a few hours of focused work.
- **Workshops** — hands-on sessions on tools and skills more people should know.
- Small group size on purpose — usually 8–12 people, so everyone gets attention.
- No sponsors, no networking pitches. Just the work.
