Co-Work & is a small Berlin-based community for people who want to do their best work alongside others — quietly, with intention.

We do two kinds of events:

• Coworking days — a small group, a good space, and a few hours of focused work. No agenda, no networking pitch. Just heads-down time and good company on the breaks.
• Workshops — hands-on sessions on tools and skills we think more people should know. Our first one is Claude Code for Beginners on May 29.

Why we started

We were tired of paying ticketing platforms a cut of every event, and we wanted something smaller and more deliberate than a meetup. So we started running our own days — invite a few friends, find a good room, and protect the time.
